CAD REVERSE DESIGN
Our team utilizes specialized CAD reverse engineering software to replicate parts to as close as 0.0012" (0.03mm). Part fitment is verified in CAD assembly and with stress (FEA) and flow simulations (CFD) as needed.

Our production partner facilities can complete heat treatments such as annealing, destressing, and quenching to optimize materials for their applications. Additionally, we can provide a host of other treatments such as anodizing, carburization, and custom paint colors.
Third Party Inspections and Laboratory Testing
We utilize in-house laser and optical metrology on every order and also work with domestic and international ISO certified inspection facilities at every stage of the manufacturing process. Our inspection and technical reports can satisfy your quality control requirements for peace of mind and formal obligations.
